When and how you can request a refund from Nirman Gyan OS.

Paid digital services that have been delivered — unlock executed, contact details revealed, supplier slot claimed, or report rendered — are non-refundable by default.
Email support@nirmangyanos.com (subject line: Refund request <intent_id>) within 7 days of the disputed transaction. Include yourintent_id and razorpay_payment_id from the in-app payment receipt. We respond in 3 working days and resolve eligible cases within 7 working days.
Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method. UPI refunds typically reflect within 24 hours; debit/credit card refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
Nirman Gyan OS does not hold material payments. If you have a dispute on the price, quality, or delivery of the underlying material, we will help mediate but cannot refund the material price because we never received it. Open a support ticket with both parties' details and we will coordinate.
If you file a chargeback with your bank or card network, we cooperate fully with Razorpay's dispute process and may temporarily suspend the relevant account during investigation. False chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination.
